Pros The program is easy to use and creates a good bill. Cons There are no abbreviations for entries I make frequently. For example, I use the words "receive and review" for every time I receive something from the court, another lawyer, and so forth. This is my first legal job and RocketMatter is a great software program. I truly don't have nay complaints. Pros I love how easy and efficient the software is. I use it daily and have no complaints. When I need help or support, more likely than not, there is a video to explain how to troubleshoot. On top of easily accessible support videos, the support staff is also very helpful, kind and patient. I was using CLIO prior to this firm. Pros seems easy to keep client billing and recording payments. Cons searching for certain documents that have been uploaded into client files. User has to remember what client /matter a certain doc was uploaded. To fix this issue, how about being able to do a dashboard search for the document? Like everything it could always use a few tweaks to coincide with the way I do things but I still find it to be the best system around for my practice Pros Intuitive, easy to use, great customer support, and never had an issue with the system not be available. The new multiple timers are a great addition. Cons Wish it had a better Android interface. I also miss the stand alone timer window. I use the one on the main screen, but did like the separate window. Also wish I could download multiple documents to the portl at once instead of having to do so one at a time. Has really helped keep a small firm on task. Pros I've had very few problems with the software, but when I do the customer support is excellent and prompt. The iPad app has made keeping up-to-date and working while at the courthouse much easier. Cons It's not the cheapest program available, but I think it offers good value for money.
