Pros putting a job out to sourcing channels is relatively straight forward, and getting approvals through the systems is easy and accepts email approvals. Cons There are so many customisation options and to get the most out of the software you need to spend quite a lot of time going through all the options to make sure you're getting the most you can out of the system. Talent pools). Although the live support team has been great, the customer service team (offline) hasn't been as helpful at times due to a lack of response. Pros Reporting tool is great, allowing users to manipulate the factors included. The Live support team is very helpful, and will always go out of their way to assist with the issue you are facing. It also allows Recruitment teams the ability to be proactive in their approach with the use of talent pools. But they have completely missed the mark. It may be useful for a basic company but it will never fit a company with complex needs and rich requirements Pros It just has a nice look and feel, course library presented in tiles. Cons Very limited, it doesn't have pre-requisite courses, you can not manage your SCORM properly, course tracking is very limited. enrolment status are missing some basic statuses. The excel/CVC importer doesn't recognise existing records on the system when importing. No proper Cohort/grouping feature. enrolment process is very basic and outdated. The attendees views and filtering are very limited. No local admin on the level of the courses or category, due date notification works only on the level of the system and can not be managed on the level of the courses.
