### "All your recruiting needs in one place"

Even though PageUp is a great tool some of its features seem a bit out of date.

It's an excellent product. The customer service is next to none. It's highly suited to UNSW's needs.

Pros

The recruitment tool is best in the business. It's very easy to keep track of recruitment activities and offer high quality candidates.

Cons

There are so many customisation options and to get the most out of the software you need to spend quite a lot of time going through all the options to make sure you're getting the most you can out of the system.

### "Half cooked product"

This LMS is not up to the level of PageUp name as a brand providing HRIS systems, it appears that PageUp got that product to complete the product portfolio and show clients that they have an integrated system. But they have completely missed the mark. It may be useful for a basic company but it will never fit a company with complex needs and rich requirements

Pros

It just has a nice look and feel, course library presented in tiles.

Cons

Very limited, it doesn't have pre-requisite courses, you can not manage your SCORM properly, course tracking is very limited. enrolment status are missing some basic statuses. The excel/CVC importer doesn't recognise existing records on the system when importing. No proper Cohort/grouping feature. enrolment process is very basic and outdated. The attendees views and filtering are very limited. No local admin on the level of the courses or category, due date notification works only on the level of the system and can not be managed on the level of the courses.

Pros

PageUp is extremely important to meet our recruitment needs. Important projects throughout the year require special skill and we incorporate PageUp as a resource to manage ongoing demands

Cons

PageUp takes time to learn. From previous experience, it has crashed in the middle of performing a search. This can delay the recruitment process. It is important to ensure you have a stable connection anywhere you go to prevent restarting unsaved work.

From a user perspective, there is a lot you can use on the platform to assist with being proactive in recruitment (IE. Talent pools). Although the live support team has been great, the customer service team (offline) hasn't been as helpful at times due to a lack of response.

Pros

Reporting tool is great, allowing users to manipulate the factors included. The Live support team is very helpful, and will always go out of their way to assist with the issue you are facing. It also allows Recruitment teams the ability to be proactive in their approach with the use of talent pools.

Cons

At times it can be difficult to locate what you are looking for

At the moment only using it for recruiting but about to follow what our Australian business is doing and use to for onbaording.

Pros

putting a job out to sourcing channels is relatively straight forward, and getting approvals through the systems is easy and accepts email approvals.

Cons

It is not user friendly and not able to link the job bards up that we need to page up.

Reason for choosing PageUp

### "Great system for candidate, staff, and course management "

Overall, a fantastic system to use for both applicant onboarding and management as well as curriculum focused aspects.

Pros

Flexibility of software for multiple uses. Intuitive interface and general usage does not come with a steep learning curve. Easy to collaborate between users.

Cons

We have had no major complaints with the system thus far. It has met all of our HR and curriculum needs.

Pros

We were quite limited with our existing provider, so moving to PageUp has opened our eyes to a breadth of new ways of doing things. The reporting function is tool we are getting the most use from.

Cons

Bulk screening candidates, however we will look into our existing way of undertaking this process and PageUp will allow us to do this better.

Pros

More than anything I find it is fit for purpose, it is designed intuitively around what processes should like in a clever way.

Cons

Some of the processes are a bit rigid and we needed to rework a few things we needed to do.
