The onsite and ongoing training provided is thorough and easy to understand. I especially like the Highview programming; it puts information at your fingertips with just a couple clicks of the mouse. Cons There seems to be an overwhelming amount of custom work required. Any custom work requires more money. You really need to over-budget by almost double what you anticipated. There really is not much you can do internally to modify programs even slightly to fit into your business.
