### "Phenomenal Customer Service - Lacking Functionality"

Customer service was fantastic when I had a question. Learning sessions were much needed and so incredibly helpful. My score is as high as it is due only to the service I received when interacting with the company itself.

Pros

It had all of the modules I needed as an HR Professional. ATS, Payroll, Performance, Employee Management - total full-service system with potential.

Cons

The modules all feel like they were acquired not native to the original system. So much information had to be entered in multiple different areas because the modules did not link to each other. It is the least back-end user-friendly software I have come across. Incredibly complex to set up - especially events such as open enrollment. It also did not connect with any of our benefit vendors or even our payroll system - requiring hours of manual input in what seemed like hundreds of systems and leaving room for multiple errors on every front.

I have had a positive as well as a negative experience with Arcoro. I have seen two sides to the system. While it is great for hiring workers and managing payroll through the system, I have had issues with the customer service being insufficient.

Pros

Arcoro makes it easy to streamline processes such as onboarding, compliance, and performance tracking. It is helpful to new employees learning the obligations and safety protocols in the workforce.

Cons

I would say for the money users pay for this system, there should be an easier way to have issues resolved in a timely manner.

The software is easy to use, its efficient and it allows me to see everyone's time and their requests very easily

Cons

Sometimes you have to re in-put your logins to actually get logged in. That takes extra time and then sometimes it also times out.

It seems it is focused for certain industries, not healthcare, but despite that we have used it and has been great!

Pros

Arcoro has been a great help in my professional role, as its tool is very easy to use and highly effective when it comes to working and maintaining personnel organization through its cloud-based technology. Additionally, it offers multiple features, such as monitoring employee hours, attendance, and payments.

Cons

The only downside to this tool is that, due to its wide range of professional features, it is not suitable for small businesses.

Overall, this application absolutely serves our purposes when it comes to hiring choices, candidate selection and applicant tracking. I would recommend!

Pros

We like that Arcoro makes it so easy, not only for us to remain in compliance, but to also organize all of our applicant data in one place efficiently. No paper needed and all of the information/characteristics are easily located in the same place.

Cons

Not a huge thing, but there seems to be a lot more functionality/capability associated with this application that we haven't really been introduced to. This could be because our initial inquiry was only related to applicant tracking.

### "Our first Mobile time system "

The system was okay for the original dollar amount that we were charged. After a year, they raised the rate to 4 times what we were originally paying. They shut off the cloud and wouldn't allow us to gain access to our timecards to close out the system. So if you're with them, you might want to back up information daily. Ours ended on a Friday night after hours, and the following week when we went to gather information, it was gone. With other programs out on the market, I went with a different company. The new company is half the cost with an extremely user-friendly platform. My service technicians love it and really appreciate how the new system saves them so much time daily inputting information.

Pros

The only thing I liked about this system was that our employees could access it from their phones to log in and the fact that it tracked their timecards and we no longer need to mess with paper time cards.

Cons

My personal experience was that this company needs to make it easier to take notes, add addresses and calls when technicians get called out from their homes on an after-hour call. Our system ( their cloud) would crash and the technicians would get frustrated with the technology. They also need to work on the customer service end of things. I felt that they just wanted the "sell" and after you sign up, you are on your own. Yes, they have videos to watch, but actual help is nice too.

### "Okay system for smaller busineses"

Overall, I feel Arcoro is better suited for smaller businesses. Customer support was great until COVID hit. Our main source of contact ended up leaving the company, and it didn't seem like we were able to get much support after. It was just very recent that we were provided the support that we've been needing and was lacking.

Pros

I do like the ease or simplicity of the software. Arcoro has an easy step by step job posting procedure. The system also has easy report capabilities.

Cons

Arcoro is not able to handle larger industries or companies, the system becomes bogged down with the large amount of information, which makes the system pretty tedious to use when it comes to searching for candidates or performance evaluations. If you are looking to translate the application or job posting in a different language, you have to do it manually with Google translator and use copy and paste. Arcoro is not the most mobile friendly when it comes to candidates being able to apply for a job through a mobile device. Arcoro was not able to mimic our current performance evaluation process completely, so we still have to do much of the process manually.

Arcoro promised many things, but ended up not being able to deliver. For example, being able to accommodate our current performance evaluation process.

### "My experience with ExakTime"

Overall I love ExakTime. System was easy to use and navigate on the website and mobile app. Reports generated were easy to process and read.

Pros

I liked how easy it was to navigate through the website, view daily/weekly timesheets and process time reports. Our employees who used this system on their mobile devices had nothing but good things to say about the ExakTime app. It's easy to clock in and out, find job address and leave notes in case their time needed to be edited.

Cons

I think from an office-point-of-view, is that we were charged on an annual basis, which didn't really work with us sometimes because we would occasionally have an employee or two who would only work for a few months yet we would not be able to pro-rate our bill. I loved ExakTime but that was a deal-breaker in the end unfortunately. If they had offered a month-by-month payment arrangement then we would have stayed with them. Other than that, ExakTime was great!

Overall we have loved the partnership with Birddog.

Pros

Bird Dog is a great software for gathering resumes and candidates that meet the criteria we are looking for. The software is very user friendly and has ease of access to the admin to create other users on that account for the different hiring departments. The postings also fully integrate with our Website Careers page.

Cons

Would love to have the software integrate with our CRM so that once a candidate is hired they can be added seamlessly to our system.

### "A time-keeping company that cannot keep time"

It was easy to use. My employees liked it. Nobody likes keeping track of hours

Cons

I used this application for several years. GET THIS. IT PRODUCES DUPLICATE TIME ENTRIES ON A REGULAR BASIS!! This has created several very tense and embarrassing situations with my hourly customers. They said the error was on our end. We must have double synced the records to Quickbooks. To that I say why would you create code that allows that action to take place? What possible benefit is that?And when I called them to request the time records that were created when I was paying for the program, (so I could sort out the mess they had created with my customers-plural) they demanded $140 for those records. I switched to Tsheets which is much more reasonably priced and bonus--It actually produces accurate time records. Bottom line, if your selling accuracy and accounting programs, make sure they actually work.

Mobile phone app is useful and works well event hough the tools available are limited

Cons

Editing and adding punches to a timesheet is terrible. Updates don't appear on screen until a long time has passed. The software often screws up punches so they overlap. It defaults to the wrong items all the time forcing more edits. Often displays confusing warnings saying it will discard changes even after updating and recalculating. Recalculated and saved changes do not display for 10-15 minutes making it extremely inefficient to verify edits and add punches.

### "Infinity HR"

Our representatives did their best. They were responsive and as helpful as they could be, but there were limitations to the software as previously described.

Pros

Infinity tries to be an all in one HR suite. It does have several nice features available: tracking of PTO, electronic benefit elections, storing of policies, pay data.

Cons

We were told that Infinity could integrate with Sage 300CRE. It sort of integrates, but not all features. There were issues with rounding of pennies and benefit caps not being able to be set. We wanted to be able to have employees do self evaluations that were then reviewed by supervisors, but we don't seem to be able to do this either. Also, every time we change benefit providers we must pay to have EFT re-scheduled.

### "From the moment we started using this software, we were saving money."

Saves time and money from start to finish.

Pros

The GPS locator showed when an employee was not at the location. When they attempted to punch in for work before they even left their house, the system would flag it red and the employee would have to be truthful. This was an important aspect to saving our company money. When you have 40 employees and several of them are making upwards or more and they are punching in for an extra 15-30 minutes daily, it makes a large difference. It also made job costing a breeze. Instead of spending several hours job costing a big job weekly, a few selections in the report screen and there is a complete breakdown within just a couple of minutes. This was an excellent money and time saver aspect of the program. Also, being able to just hit a few buttons and transfer all the time records to my accounting software for payroll is a miraculous thing for me. Instead of spending hours on time records for payroll, a couple of minutes and there it is, ready to go. On the accounting side of the program, just the money saved in time alone, paid for the program in all actuality.

Cons

If the employee turns off the GPS locator on their mobile device, they can beat the system. It is overall a great program.

Very poor customer service. Great attention when it is time to give them a check. Otherwise problems are not fixed. Current clocks are no longer going to be supported with no advanced notice.

We've been able to pay our employees. We use their online onboarding and open enrollment portals.

Pros

Aesthetically, it's a little more pleasing with their last update.

Cons

We use the CBIZ/EMS version of InfinityHR's services. Recent design changes did not improve it's poor functionality. Too many "work arounds" to achieve sub-par results. Roll outs of new functions have been consistently poorly planned and communicated. Simple functions like updating an emergency contact or changing tax elections have so many unnecessary steps it causes frustration for employees. Are report writing capabilities or metrics important to your role? Well, run far away. Simple reports are not easily accessed and the pre-loaded reports are a joke. We had a great customer service rep at one point, she got so frustrated with the company that she left. Now, we (payroll and HR) email our customer service person so often (at least 5 times a week) that we have a standing, bi-weekly phone call with our rep to resolve any outstanding issues.

We purchased the ATS, Onboarding and Talent Management modules within BirdDog. One of my biggest concerns when shopping around was trying to find a product that we could use from the time of application through review periods without a lot of extra work. Our salesman, Sean assured us that these products would work together. Upon implementation we discovered that these products in fact DO NOT speak to one another. The talent management module is essentially a completely different product. You have to enter information separately in order to add an employee to this system. And on top of that, it has way to many functions for which to choose from. If I simply want to send an evaluation I have to click through a million boxes. It's probably easier for me to take the time to email someone an evaluation then it is to click through the options. I appreciate that they were trying to be thorough, but something user friendly was more of what we were looking for. We also had trouble with the functionality in the onboarding piece. I find it frustrating that after an employee submits their paperwork, they have no access in coming back to make a change. We are a company trying to be as green as possible. When I asked what an employee should do if they need to change their w-4 deductions or direct deposit information, I was informed that we would need to print the document in order to submit it to our payroll department. This is defeating the very purpose of implementing the program. This was supposed to eliminate the need for extra paperwork. Other snags we have run into involve the reporting features within the ATS. They do not always populate after you have entered dates. We have also run into issues with scheduling. The system has sent out wrong dates and times for different interviews causing major confusion and scrambling on our end when a candidate shows up unexpectedly. We loved our implementation specialist, My rep, but are very disappointed in our salesman. There are functions we have enjoyed, but this may not be the system we were looking for.

Pros

We are a uniquely diverse company (multiple business lines) from a business and industry standpoint. My role requires a constant change of focus when discussing employment and manpower from one industry/business to another. I have been able to create accounts for individual business lines to streamline communication, advertising, and process management for each company's recruiting and onboarding efforts.

Cons

The internal database search could be stronger. A keyword or Boolean search would be an amazing integration. Currently, you need to tag an applicant immediately with key identifiers (ie. Department name, position title, etc) or else they can easily be lost within shuffle of thousands of applicants.

Absolutely love that I can communicate with the employees and not have to rely on the supervisor to submit their time sheets anymore. Everyone's time clock is accessible instantly.

Pros

I like that this software is compatible anywhere and anyone can use it. Once set up is complete it is easy to use and is a great tool for time tracking your employees.

Cons

The representative that did my initial setup was not familiar with our accounting software and our business deals with intricate details and categories for payroll so as the administrator, I had to teach myself how to set up some features in the Exaktime module. And I still am not using it to its full capacity due to I am not familiar with the programming.

There is a lot of potential, but I would not recommend this as a solution to anyone.

Pros

The software has potential but is not ready to be marketed.

Cons

Their customer service is terrible. The response time is terrible, so hopefully you do not have issues as you are trying to process payroll. Their settings are very black and white. If you want something excluded you have to exclude all options. Their time-rounding features sound great in theory but do not work reliably. There is a lot of time spent making sure that time is entered correctly. At this point, I don't think we will ever be able to retire paper timesheets as the entry is not trustworthy.

Ease of use and functionality

Pros

We use Infinity HR for our employee benefits and love it! Enrollment is a breeze and tracking employee benefits, including elections, beneficiaries, changes, etc., make the tracking of the benefits side of HR a breeze. My favorite feature with this software is just simply how easy it is to look up employees, what their benefits are, how much their premium is, who their beneficiaries are and the newest updates give this software a more contemporary feel, also.

Cons

I think the only area where Infinity could improve is in reports pulling. The reports are separated into different areas which make it difficult to quickly log in and pull a report as you have to weed through to the appropriate section for the report you are looking to pull.

We use this software for my husbands small business. Overall, it's good value for the price, but definitely needs improvements. It has all needed for us functions: creating locations, clocking in and out, GPS.

It has all functions needed for our business: creating locations, clocking in and out, GPS. recent conversion to a cloud was a good change since it can be accessed from anywhere.

Cons

It's not very intuitive in use, doesn't always identifies locations correctly. It took us a while to figure out how to download timesheets in Excel format, and when I tried emailing the customer support, I got no response.
