If they solve the customer service issues and fix issues customers have it would be worth looking at. Pros tasks and reminders. They don't know much about IMacs but say they support it. The database portion makes creating our monthly reports far simpler. Cons The software definitely feels dated, and is riddled with a lot of bugs. Tasks with recurrences create duplicates upon deletion, when moving a task to another project, all notes are removed and file links.
