Look at other options. If they solve the customer service issues and fix issues customers have it would be worth looking at.

Pros

tasks and reminders. I like having all our documents and e-mails in one place

Cons

The customer service department is a joke. They never fix a problem. I've been dealing with software problems for months.

Ease of use and database is never down

Cons

You CAN NOT speak to anyone over the phone anymore. They don't know much about IMacs but say they support it. I continually get corrupted files and they do not fix, respond, or backup anything

Pros

The task portion of the software is efficient. The database portion makes creating our monthly reports far simpler.

Cons

The software definitely feels dated, and is riddled with a lot of bugs. Tasks with recurrences create duplicates upon deletion, when moving a task to another project, all notes are removed and file links. Inability to copy forms to other projects in the database

Easy to create forms that send directly to the portal. Easy to upload files and set up user accounts,

Customer support is lacking, the price tag is exorbitant for what you're actually receiving. UI could use some upgrades.
