Pros: The way it look. It is set up like Microsoft, so it is very user friendly from that prespective.

Cons: lack of flexibility even though that is what they sell you on. The various pages that should talk to each other don't at all. No solutions offered. Not even set up for a trash company.

Comments: We have not fully implemented this product, but having worked with Desert Micro for the past year, I know that all of my Routing needs will be met and I am looking forward to our upgrade.

Comments: I believe we have a couple hundred WORK ORDERS on record since 2007! We have encountered many system glitches that desert micro refuses to acknowledge as such. In fact, I could safely say that WE pay THEM our annual dues just to report THEIR system glitches so they can be fixed. At Waste Expo in 2013 the managers and partners blamed their inability to keep up with our needs on our fast-paced growth!! I thought good systems were designed to "meet the needs of growing businesses"??? There is a HUGE tech employee turnover with them and its caused nightmares over here, new techs blaming our IT team for their incopetencies! We KNOW we are NOT utilizing our system to its fullest capacities due to incorrect reporting formulas and outdated reports but no one at DesertMicro seems to care to offer to come re-evaluate our system and give us some new training. We have had this system since 2007 and paid all our dues and still not enough to reach out and say "this one's on us, we want your business to keep growing". Dont they see the more we grow the more users we will purchase?? So I decided I would make the expense to attend a training seminar.... THEY HAVENT HAD ONE IN atleast 2 YEARS!! And they want to charge me $5,000 to send a trainer to me ON TOP of my annual fee!! I have called sooooo many times I would think they would be more frustrated than I am! We added the CC module a couple years back and the condition was that we had to use THEIR selected cc merchant. Recently our CPA did an audit and appearantly we've been robbed blind by the high merchant fees and rates, so when we tried to have them reduce by price matching a competitor they completely dismissed our many emails and phone calls. So then we discover that the MERCHANT and DESERTMICRO are sister-companies SO ITS THE SAME MANAGEMENT!!! Please Please Please use CAUTION and do lots of research before you purchase system if you still think this is the best system for you. and MAKE SURE you test ALL the standard reports in the beginning because any little minor 10-minute tweak to any report becomes a "CUSTOM REPORT" for $500!!
