"All in one place"

**Overall:** Overall, I would say that smartvault was helpful in being able to keep everything I needed for information and organization all in one place.

**Pros:** SmartVault allowed everything to be in one place and had a desktop app as well that made it convenient to open.

**Cons:** Sometimes it was a little cumbersome and a little slow, I think the flow of smartvault could've been a little more user friendly.

"documentation key"

**Overall:** Its a really good software, but you will need more guidance than supposed to be able to have a good work with it

**Pros:** It has been good at helping the team move to a more paperless and physical "enviroment", lots of great features and awesome support

**Cons:** The onboarding and implementation of the software can be really tedious and if not settled corrected can violate regulations
