Other software offer more features and accessibility. Pros It is nice that files can be sorted into folders. Also, it is very easy to maneuver through the software. This is a great software for sharing secure files with clients. There is an document trail so that is a positive. Cons I hate you cannot edit a document directly in the software. I switched to SmartValut because tax return copies automatically goes to SmartValut folders. It goes to wrong folders. Multiple tech supports worked on it and cannot seem to fix it. It is not easy to exchange documents with clients. other program was much easier and i kind of regret that fact i switched. I simply stay with SmartVault because switching costs too much time and effort. Review Source JS James S. I was able to go in and upload everything needed within a few minutes. Pros Super easy to upload documents for my CPA and provide important business tax filling information. The portal I logged into already had multiple directories so that I could put appropriate files in appropriate places, keeping everything neat and organized. Cons There isn’t anything to dislike about it. It’s simple and straightforward to use and provides a secure way of exchanging private, sensitive information. Perhaps this was not done due to security constraints. It's definitely a product I would suggest for business that handle a lot of data with sensitive information. Pros This product was suggested by my accountant to handle my business taxes. What I liked most is the fact I can send files to her securely. The product is also very easy to use. Cons What I like least is that I didn't have access to remove/delete files. If I uploaded the wrong file accidentally I had to re-upload the file under a different name. Review Source OH Oscar H.
