I went through a test-Phase (Trial License). Then I was not able to Cancel the Service within the 20 Days of test. Before the periode ended I've requested the support to terminate my service because on my interface it was grayed out. Nothing happened. Now I've paid a tool which I dont need - 100$ loss. Pros The software ist ok but the Support ist a nightmare. Cons The grafics are not as dynamic as it looks like. Many other comparable products with better customer service and functionality Pros Very versatile software, unfortunately, functiomality lacking and glitchy billing with terrible customer service Cons Supposed to be a 7 day free trial! Not true. 10 minutes after I installed software, tried to print a simple document-was prompted to pay $99 in order to print. At this point, they had me-I paid so that I could print. The kicker is-When I tried to print again, It prompted me for payment again. Thinking the first payment failed I ok'd the next payment. Come to find out, this time they charged me $245! And what's even better-I still could not print!! System prompted me for another payment! I immediately Uninstalled and reached out to customer service and have gotten the same one-around response that other users describe. I have disputed charges with my CC. I urge everyone to stay away from this company-we will never recommend them after this scammy debacle! I also must commend the quality of its symbol and template libraries. Its symbol library contains the highest element of any diagramming tool that I have tried and its template library has served as the ideal foundation for every illustrative process or flow map that I have ever created. This has always removed the need for me to create my diagrams from scratch, thus allowing me complete diagrams faster. Cons Few years ago, the obvious weak point with this software was the absence of a collaboration workspace, from where different users can collaborate together , enabling everyone to develope diagram illustrations remotely as a group. This has obviously been fixed a few updates ago and I can now say I have nothing I dislike about Edraw max.
