### "Horrible support"

Very poor. I asked for my money back...they old me no. I would never recommend this software

Pros

It seemed pretty comprehensive, although we never really found out because implementation support was so terrible. We called the support phone number at least 15 times, and not once did we have our call answered. Always VM after 6 minutes on hold.

Cons

Clunky at best.The CRM was limited, and the work order system very hard to implement In general not very flexible

It has been our great fortune and luck to have found such a great company to partner with for our flourishing vacation rental business. We had been searching for a software that would be able to book online reservations. I called Tyler and he called my right back. That was impressive and even more impressive is the team that Tracy has beside him all the way! It was so awesome to meet so many of the team at the "best conference ever" in Boise Sept. 2014. We would highly recommend LiveRez.

We were sold on the future when we went with LR 6 years ago with only 1 vacation home, our own in Sunriver. The most important thing we can share is that it changes. The product today is so different in so many ways and continues to evolve with the marketplace. Today we manage 33 properties and have built a strong beachhead in our local area. We could not have done this without the forward thinking and the support of our platform provider and partner in success LiveRez.

Live Stay.

Cons

No phone App. Too expensive for my operation. Liv Trust has limitations. The owner portal does not provide owners with enough info.

As hard as I try, after 2 years, I have not fully implemented everything that their software can do for me. Sometimes before I can even identify a need, they are rolling out a solution for me to the situation even before I can ask. I am totally satisfied with the software, customer support and the solutions that LiveRez has offered me. Look no further than LiveRez, I feel that I can trust my business and livelihood to them.

Pros

I can't say enough about the LiveRez software and staff. From beginning to end they were an email or phone call away, and always professional and helpful! LiveRez is always revolving, they have such a talented team and I am SO glad to have chosen this software.

I HIGHLY recommend LiveRez!!

Pros

LiveRez replaced an overly complicated system we had in place for Reservations at our Vacation Rental Property Management Brokerage. It was an absolute breeze to switch over and made our everyday operations 20 times easier. LiveRez is extremely user friendly.

Cons

I only wish we had gone with LiveRez sooner!

We were one of the early adopters of LiveRez, and their company and the software has grown dramatically over the years. They are constantly expanding the functionality of LiveRez. The support team is wonderful, and extremely responsive. We had only 7 homes when we signed on, and have more than quadrupled in size since then, while being able to stay "lean and mean" with our staffing, thanks to LiveRez.
