Gift card took a while to work for us, we imported the gift cards we already had with our old system & it took a long time for them to go live, Now they do work , we love it!

Pros

I love user friendly this software is. I am not tech savvy in the least. Yet its so simple, even i could figure it out and use it seamlessly.

Cons

I wish there was a way to exclude certain items from being a part of gratuity on a bill, when you select 20% gratuity or something on a bill. We have wine dinners every month, we sell some of the wine post dinner, and don't charge gratuity on it just the price of the dinner, so we have to do an open gratuity based on many people are on one bill.

Pros

It provides easy management and quick data integrity , It is extremely easy to configure which saves time and effort of IT and management team .

Cons

Deployment isn't possible on chromebook

Pros

What I love the most is how easy it is to use as it is very user friendly. You can create your own gift card and send effortless to anyone. It provides the convenience of an easy gift for a co-worker of friend if it is that you don't know what the person likes.

Cons

I would like an option where I can cancel the gift card if it is I created it with an error or in error. Otherwise, its a great tool to use.
