Integration with our current payroll specialist (blend of our process and the output files produced by our payroll company). Junior Accountant/Payroll Administrator Construction Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Works great once you get it set up properly" May 8, 2020 4.0 Pros It's very user friendly and the customer service is top notch Cons There were a few bumps while trying to get it set up, and took a while to learn exactly what we wanted out of the software leading to frustrated foremen, but once we figured that out they went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed. " April 23, 2018 4.0 It is user friendly even for the employees that are not computer savvy. Pros When an employee is entered into sage it syncs to the device. The app needs to be reworked-- the updates were hard to keep up with and caused many technical problems on their own. Pros The features were exactly what we were looking for regarding electronic timekeeping. Once our data/timekeeping requirements were added, the expectations were high. Their technical implementation team was awesome-- no limits to the quantity of time needed to set up. Their daily customer service team was also very helpful and resourceful --for both administrators and end users. Cons The app for mobile timekeeping was not impressive. I appreciated the numerous upgrades that WorkMax continued to install, but it caused a lot of downtime for real-time usage. Also, I believe, while there are a lot of good components, it just could not handle the volume of information we needed for timekeeping. Many of our issues on the dashboard and with remote users turned into a "this is the first time this has happened" scenario. Review Source PC Paul C. " May 24, 2018 4.0 You have all your equipment, jobs, and field notes in one place which is great so you know where everything is when you need it. Pros Once you understand how this software works its easy. They have great customer support who can help you along the way as well as videos to watch so you understand from the beginning how to use the program. Cons This system just needs to be updated a little more. It helps keep up with calendar events and priorities for varied volunteer activities I am involved in. Cons Not much documentation of how it works. Controller Used the software for: ### "Time Tracking, Job Cost Tracking and Equipment - biometric and other security options" March 5, 2015 5.0 We have used this software for 5 years and it has kept up with the evolving technology. Now they offer Biometric Fingerprint, RFID and Face Capture. I can't say enough about the job cost budgeting. It has saved us countless dollars on labor and overhead expense. The GPS and job info navigation is something our field crew use each day when performing service orders. We have a multiple location company where many people need access and the system seems to be able to accommodate this well.
