CVs can be automatically imported as well as manually. Interviews can be managed in detail, and triggers allows emails notifications to be fired off when say a new deal is completed. The system can manage the whole recruitment process from start to finish. Cons Some text could be larger, some screens could be quicker, but generally it works reallly well pretty much all of the time.
