Pros not difficult to navigate. easy to go back and find things from past. Cons 2 things when we go back to find a created invoice from the past it puts the current date in for the invoice if you need to print it out. for example i need to show proof that an item was invoiced and invoice was done on 2-4-2019 well it is easy to find that invoice but when printed out it will put in today's date 3-12-2020. other thing is when creating a transfer on item like car or pick-up truck there is no type of class code to select. would hel if there was a code for say vehicle to cover that. Pros AMS is very easy to use and self explanatory.It is very easy to find reports,add a asset or delete a asset. The customer support is fast and very helpful with all problems. Cons The only thing i would change is to make a inventory item easier to find by typing in what kind of item I am looking for. April 13, 2018 3.0 Pros easy to use and change what you need; that's all I have to say about this. Cons not easy to assistance needed to transfer, wish it had a feature to help with actually doing inventory, scanning features without having to go into a different software. wish it was all integrated without having to update manually. Mail Services & Asset Management Lead Higher Education Used the software for: 2+ years ### "AssetWorks is a solid performing platform" September 18, 2018 5.0 we rely on this software to maintain an accurate inventory of District assets. it is a useful tool when processing out equipment that is obsolete. we also use this system with capital projects and audit assistance. we have a solid relationship with the various members of the AMS team, always helpful and striving to find solutions to our questions or particular issues. Pros the system is very intuitive, reports easy to run. the screens are easy to switch back and forth when working on a detailed entry. Cons it was quite different from previous software platform so there was a learning curve, but the support team was extremely helpful with this. Review Source LH Lisa H. Cons Photos uploading could be easier. Also, could be easier to view accounts for new employees that may not know the system as well. Cons Not being able to look up employee's with there S number or identification number. That inventory is a separate module and is not included in the base module of AMP. We are able to move assets around from agency to agency easily. Cons The inability to input data into the system electronically from other systems or EDI from other vendors databases.
