Support is also very responsive. Pros The reliability of the product is superb; we almost forgot to worry about requisition initiation and the associated workflow process. The integrated component with our accounting system (Dynamics GP ) always works. Cons The rule definition is very vast and details; however, I wish to copy the rule definition should exists, we end up creating a definition from scratch (manually) if we create new request type. The support received is almost immediate and they are extremely helpful. Monthly check-ins are great. Initially there were a few integration issues, but it was sorted immediately. Very happy with the product. Seamless integration with our ERP system. Very few issues. I would highly recommend this product. The changes are done frequently and always relevant. Pros It is easily accessible from anywhere. Cons Having to delete a purchase order if the invoice differs from the original purchase order sent to supplier. Pros Una de las cosas que mas me gusta es lo practico y intuitivo que es el software,es muy facil de usar y asi mismo es de mucha ayuda el hecho de que se pueda manejar mediante la nube lo que expande las capacidades de uso del mismo enormemente. Cons Algunas veces tiene problemas de rendimiento pues algunas solicitudes tardar en completarse pero esto no es frecuente.
