We have had a great experience with Centreviews and would highly recommend to anybody. Pros The timeliness with which the invoices are entered and show up to the proper locations for approval. The ease of the system, it is very user friendly for both data entry and approval as well as being able to see the overview of where all the invoices are currently located throughout the process. Cons Often times after I have approved an invoice for payment, I receive another email indicating that there are invoices in my inbox to approve. Once I open it up, there is nothing there to approve. I haven't used all available aspects of the software yet. In my position, I use Centreviews when I need to get information for one of my Marketing Consultants. I haven't had any issues with ease of use. Cons The only issue I have had in finding an invoice. If I put in just the advertiser name and don't specify an invoice number or date, so I can see all invoices for that advertiser, navigating the list, the "First" and "Last" tabs don't work. Both functions are easy to use and more than capable. Pros I like that the software is straight forward and easy to use with no unnecessary steps. We only use a fraction of the overall capabilities of the software. Cons I haven't run into any con's yet. I would like our company to expand the use of this software into other business areas. Also the ability to attach documents as support for purchase request. Pros Easy to view status of requests and locate by searches. Also the ability to view where the request stands in the approval routing. Cons The ability to toggle back and forth between searches. Would like to set up a defaults, such as when looking at active users and not having to view inactive users. Would like the ability to choose inactive users when needed and only see active users. It has streamlined our process tremendously. Only one department out of 14 resisted at first, now all are onboard. Excellent product. Highly recommend. Pros One central location for all records. Ease of use. Transparency it provides to users. Decrease in the use of paper. Cons Having to purchase the blanket PO module separately. We couldn't afford it. We now have all of our invoices in one location to make research and accruals easier. The customer service has always been great and they respond to any issues immediately. The website is user friendly and there are many reports that we run on a monthly basis to facilitate our period close process.
