Pros: Salesnexus is very user friendly. The custom fields allow us to gear this product to fit our business . The support team is outstanding in their response time and resolving any issues.

Comments: I have used many databases over the years and find the adaptability of Nexus to our needs is extremely helpful.

Pros: Ease of training new people to the system and ability to give them one page with the parameters of how to enter/access records.. Chat support is knowledgeable and efficient.

Cons: Admins should have the ability to perform more functions without having to contact Nexus such as mass delete of tasks for users.

Pros: what I liked about this product is that you can store a lot of details like birthdays. I liked to store customer's favorite amenities.

Cons: What I did not like about this product is that it is not very intuitive. Some people who are not very computer friendly would have issues.

Comments: MediWaste Disposal has been using the SalesNexus CRM tool for the last 5+ years and we have nothing but a positive outlook on this platform. It is very user-friendly and allows our salespeople to stay on task with their daily sales management in a very organized fashion. They also have a wonderful customer service team that seems to always accommodate us with any need that may come up. We couldnt be any happier with SalesNexus and we would highly recommend them to any business, whether big or small.

Comments: I have been using Nexus for 6 years. I'm a big CRM guy and I am constantly checking to see what else is out there- nothing has convinced me to move. The reasons are: 1) EXTREMELY custom - izable fields 2) VERY robust sorting abilities, you can sort, filter and search and find anything you are looking for 3) VERY robust scheduling follow up ability- with campaigns, you can schedule a series of activities on auto pilot 4) Reporting- so many ways to generate the reports you need 5) Dashboards (also very customizable) - can see your Key Perform. Indicators at a glance 6) VERY robust admin features- the ability to have separate sales reps/managers with different access/edit levels There are many more reasons, but this is still the best CRM around!

Cons: Printing letters- the mail merge if you are mass printing is not very functional- needs work.

Recommendations to other buyers: It's being nitpicky since Nexus is so far ahead of other CRM's in the features and ability to customize, but would love to see memorized list views so that we can see different customized lists of information with a click instead of having to reformat each time.

Comments: My business is all about prompt customer service. SalesNexus surpasses all expectations when it comes to answering my questions about new features or normal processes that I may have forgotten. The online chat support is as close to perfect as it gets. In addition to our e-mail marketing campaigns that we use SalesNexus for, they've also added reports that help my company assess more accurately where to focus our marketing resources. We've gotten to the point where SalesNexus is an integral part of our marketing campaign.

Comments: About 2 years ago we started our search for a CRM software for small and medium companies. After analyzing several CRM software we decided on SalesNexus for its features such as email campaigns and tracking, customization of fields, pricing and ease of use

Comments: Although it isn't quite as user-friendly as I'd like, it does allow quick upload of all our Gamber Fund Raising contacts and offers an excellent opportunity to reach out to all of those contacts in one sweep with an eblast. Using it more makes me more proficient. Customer support was excellent in helping me the first time I had to send an eblast!

Pros: Quick eblast capability. Customer support was outstanding!

Cons: The app is not as user-friendly as I'd like and the tutorials could be more complete and easier to follow.

Recommendations to other buyers: Take the time to learn the program and use offer for maximum efficiency.

Pros: SalesNexus was intuitive and fairly easy for my team to learn to use. We have been able to customize the inputs and reports to fit our company's sales process. The more consistent we have been in using SN to manage our sales activities day in and day out, the more value we have gotten out of the software.

Cons: We have had some struggles with interfacing SN's built in calendar with our MS Outlook calendars from which we schedule the rest of our business. The two programs are supposed to integrate seamlessly but this has been a struggle. SN continues to work on making this feature better.

Recommendations to other buyers: I would recommend fully understanding how the CRM software will integrate with your existing tools. Your best solution will not require any duplication of data entry or reformatting of reports.

Comments: Everyone I have spoken to at Sales Nexus over the years has been extraordinarily responsive to my needs as a small company. The chat feature allows me to explain better my situation, and get better answers than a help desk. It also gives me a transcript of the exchange so I can save them and not forget the procedures. I am also impressed by the persistence of the support staff in pursuing my problem du jour to make sure that I¿m totally satisfied. Sales Nexus is the center of my company¿s marketing, and has been an investment that continues to return its cost to me as profits. I¿ve tried many other ways of doing business, and none were as cost-effective and game-changing as Sales Nexus. The staff is available and super-intelligent. Today Mark knew to include a tweak that I forgot to say I needed, and I was amazed to see it already implemented for me without addition explanation or charge. Thank you guys at support in Sales Nexus. You make a difference for me everyday!

Pros: I use the email features of SN to great advantage. If you want to send a direct, personal message to a lot of people, Sales Nexus is really the cheapest and most reliable, while allowing you to get help every step of the way.

Cons: There may be features you won't need in the program, but it's still worth the benefits.

Recommendations to other buyers: I couldn't believe the difference between the cost of SalesNexus and the other CRM programs that may be more heavily promoted! If your business depends on you putting your proposal in front of a lot of people, and keeping up with those people, then this is your solution.

This has been consistent since Crystal-Barkley Corporation started using SalesNexus more than 9 years ago. Comments: Mike Roa has helped me every time I've had a problem. Incredibly fast and professional and clear with explanations and instructions. In fact, if I were still working at an agency, I'd try and lure him away from you. He's VERY good.

Pros: I use it to keep track of leads, calls, notes, etc. I don't use any of the advanced features.

Comments: We have a customized database for our company and the SalesNexus team has been more than helpful every step of the way. Anytime I need help they are just a click away with the Help Me Now button. They have always been there and fixed my problem in a quick and timely manner. Any problem that we have ever had has been solved. We will continue to use this system forever and I would recommend it to anyone.

Pros: -Customized Database -Quick and easy Customer Support. Very friendly. -Easy to customize and make it your own. -Easily set tasks for other employees.

Cons: -Takes just a little time to customize, but is definitely worth the time spent on it.

Comments: I first received Sales Nexus about 6 years ago as part of a professional group to try the program. It worked ok, but needed a lot of upgrades to truly do what we wanted. A year ago we renergized the systems, paid our subscription for multiple users. None of the long time professionals, one which used to setup CRM, were impressed, hard to use, clumsy to work with, no auto save is extremely frustrating. Now, without warning they lock us out, no notice of subscription due, no access to data and they want $150 to download our data back to us!!!!! Trust is completely gone with this company.

Pros: not many, clumsy to operate

Cons: no auto save, no interface with Google, clumsy to get around in, connecting people in the same company is hard, changing the form is ancient tech, could go on......

Comments: First used this product about 6 years ago with a group of professional around the world. Not totally impressed, needed lots of updates to really have the power. A year ago gave them another shot as they indicated great improvements :{:{ paid subscription for the team, several of which have used CRM for years, not impressed.

Without notice, warning or other notice, shut us out of our data over the holidays, will not provide access to OUR data unless a $$$$ fee is paid. Stay away from them.

Comments: Sales Nexus has been a valuable tool for our team. It is excellent for sending out emails campaigns and being able to track the success of those campaigns is really critical. I especially like that I can see who opened the emails and who clicked through.

Pros: The customer service team is outstanding. This makes up for the one con that I have listed below.

Cons: The interface is a touch unwieldy for someone doing simple email campaigns like myself. I suspect there is a LOT more I could be doing in terms of straight up contact management instead of just email campaigns which is what I mainly use it for.

Pros: Software is user friendly and they are very responsive to user inquiries. The updates to the software are sensible and easily understood. If, as a user, you have problems they take the time to walk you through how to accomplish what you need. Being able to customize the database to meet our needs produces more revenue because it contains exactly the information our salespeople need.

Cons: After 5 years of use I can not come up with a single negative.

Recommendations to other buyers: After 30 years with experience in multiple database applications I find Sales Nexus to be the best.

We used SalesNexus for 2 years and are going to a new CRM this month.

Pros: Their support is good, both chat and email support. They also have good training videos to get you started. We licensed SalesNexus for the email marketing functionality and connection to Lead Ferrett for free leads which never really turned into any new business.

Cons: In the 2 years we've used it I can't think of one improvement or enhancement they made in the product. It really seems like its a disconnected collection of modules. Their groups which could function like a company aren't really connect easily to contacts. Their search function is old technology. The whole UI is more of 1990's look and feel rather than a modern UI. There is no integration with other systems like QB Online or other apps. There is no documents library though you can attach individual docs to contacts. Plus as I've researched other CRMs I've found their pricing to be on the higher side for what is really older software. While they do have campaigns, they have no way to build a contact form within the CRM and you have to pay them to link your own form so it will even add a lead to the CRM. Plus you then have to pay them to have a new lead set to automatically enter a drip marketing campaign.

Recommendations to other buyers: I think I would keep looking for other more up to date and feature rich CRMs.

Comments: I recently changed companies, but at my previous employer I was the marketing manager and we used Sales Nexus. We had many custom requests that sales nexus could accommodate. Their support team by far exceeds all expectations. Mike Roa and Kendra Banton are a strong team and I would recommend sales nexus over any other platform especially because of the support team that comes with it.

Pros: Customizable. With Chad as the programmer even if we had to try a few times before it was right, he could customize our platform. Support. Kendra and Mike are unbeatable compared to any other support I've worked with. Price. It's worth every penny Reports. The reports are informative and easy to read.

Cons: It's very user friendly either in workflow or functionality. As a marketing manager I would be in the system daily but wish setting up workflows and campaigns were more visual and able to be customized like infusionsoft.

Sometime programs and technology does not work the way we planned but I know that support and service team will always be able to help me out or kindly point out the slight obvious.

Pros: SalesNexus is the most cost-effective way to increase our sales. With the obscene costs of search terms and PPC, we build our business via direct e-mail marketing. With SalesNexus, we can reach decision-makers with effective e-mails that SalesNexus helps us create. Being able to track who opens our e-mails how many times and who clicks on links at what time of the day has been very helpful in our sales process.

Cons: That's a tough one. SalesNexus offers support every step of the way -- setting up accounts, creating attention-grabbing e-mails, offering live training webinars and following up with phone calls.

Recommendations to other buyers: Look for a company that offers the complete team -- not just a company that's selling on price or "free" features. We work well with SalesNexus because our companies share the same philosophy -- immediate responses to customers' needs. Also, choose a company that will teach you. SalesNexus has given us great insight into how to manage our contacts.

Comments: If every company's support staff was as patient and proficient as Mike Roe has been, I would not dread asking for help. Mike does not make any assumptions that I already know how to navigate a certain feature. He has a gift to understand my my convoluted questions. He makes sure he walks me through my issues until I have an good understanding of the answers. And to get a copy of our chat, that's a bonus to me. It has been a great reference and refresher.

Pros: Sales Nexus is a very robust system that can do so much. And for the price I don't think it can be beat.

Cons: Sales Nexus is a very robust system that can do so much. I find the training videos a bit fast for my level of comprehension. I have to keep going back to replay them, so I can pick out some of the Key Words that help me make navigating the system easier. But that's just me. I'm an old dog learning new tricks. I would be great is the support team could take over my computer while we talked so I could verbally express my issues rather then type.

Comments: My subject line says it all - for your money there is way better service and technology out there. Customer service is pretty good but they have a limit to how much they will help you for your basic monthly cos.

Comments: Sales Nexus is a great tool for organizing and capturing our client information and interactions. Compared to other CRMs on the market, Sales Nexus is very affordable without sacrificing important features. I have found their customer service and support to be outstanding. Mike Roa is very helpful and patient with issues. Kendra Banton is an excellent teacher! She is always well-prepared to answer questions and provide training.

Comments: My wife and I own and run a niche brokerage office specializing in individual disability insurance. We have a team of 10 total employees and have been using SalesNexus now for apprx 5 years. For anyone considering moving to this as their new CRM and email marketing platform, I would not be concerned about the transition nor the ongoing level of support sand service We use a totally customized main page and their team matched what we had from the prior CRM we had been using. We really have not had almost any technical issues over the years. No major ones at all. When we've had some minor issues arise,their support has been quick to look into the problem and quick to resolve it. Mike Roa has been especially responsive. It's like he's our own dedicated support person! We have no interest in evaluating other CRM's: when you have a great product with friendly, experienced and quick service, you can focus on your own business vs spend time on making technology work for you.

Comments: After working through SalesNexus online CRM, what surprises me is how deep it goes. Not only it is a solid CRM program, but with the addition of partners like SalesScripter and Leadferret you can hit the ground running with campaigns that are more mature in nature than I anticipated. Also it looks like I am just scratching the surface with tabs for Tasks Lists, Reports, Calendars and Dashboards that I have not fully incorporated yet to create a near perfect sales strategy for my company.

The only drawback is that with online software this comprehensive comes a respectable learning curve. Having seen my share of software, either online or stand alone, If you want comprehensive, then learning curves are unavoidable. But having said this, I can tell you that you can start with the basics, and once they are mastered, you can build on to the next levels. And that makes SalesNexus approachable/doable by the average person, of which I consider myself one of.

The other big deal is the on the spot customer service. It is absolutely fantastic. I have never seen better online chat customer service anywhere. I am totally sold on SalesNexus and can not imagine my business without it now. It is changing everything for us.

Comments: I've been using SalesNexus since early 2008 for my different advertising businesses. I used Act! before finding SalesNexus and I have had to use ZoHo with another organization for their own internal CRM. I, quite frankly, despise both of those programs. I have yet to find an integrated system such as SalesNexus that is as simple or as intricate a CRM system as you want. I obviously love being able to access my contact info from any location I am at. I love the personal customer support I have always received from SalesNexus just as though I am their only client. The ability to input almost any kind of note or document for each contact has proven invaluable. I have stopped looking for that "Perfect" CRM because I have found it. They are everything I have ever wanted in a CRM plus so much more. Two thumbs up for me guys. Keep up the great work.

Comments: I've been a satisfied user of SalesNexus for 3 years. I used ACT in the past and appreciate that I don't have to worry about software updates or technology platforms. My assistant and I can reach my data from wherever we are in the world. The staff have been helpful in customizing my templates and I just renewed my subscription for another year.

Comments: This is Jean McClarty with Super Lists International, we started using Sales Nexus 5 years ago. Previously I implemented approximately 6 CRM programs and Sales nexus by far has been the easiest to use and set up. I believe it is the best CRM program on line available to sales people. The ease in using it the amount you can customize it has made my job easier and has produced more sales and given me quality information to further my success and the success of our company. I would recommend Sales Nexus to any company and have done that repeatly in the years that I have been using.

Comments: I was with a sales training company and put in charge of finding a CRM. Because I was going to be one of the main people using the CRM I knew what we would require in features and customization. Thankfully I found SalesNexus after disastrous attempts with two other CRM's. Although I was very specific in what we were going to need in a CRM the only one that actually delivered what they promised and could provide us with the customization that we needed was SalesNexus. And as far as customer service goes, they have gone above and beyond my expectations. And they really do listen to their customers. I have seen features added or upgraded due to customer user suggestions. Since leaving the sales training company, I founded a non-profit organization. One of my first calls was to SalesNexus. With their program being so user friendly and the customization abilities so flexible I knew they were the CRM we would need. Thank you Craig and all the staff at SalesNexus for being so wonderful!

Pros: Easy to learn and use!!! Great features. Love how easy it is to customize for any requirements or needs. You never have to worry about losing any data.

Cons: Believe it or not.... I really can't think of any.

Comments: I've tried ACT, Salesforce and several others in my sales career. They were all difficult to set up and some had cool bells and whistles but, many things that just get in the way of a sales pro trying to reach out to as many customers as possible. I found SalesNexus to have all the features I need, some very powerful and unique but, its simple to use on a day to day basis. I can even re-arrange the fields on the screen so that the information I need during every sales call is front and center.

Pros: Power packed web lead capture, email archival, email marketing and easy to navigate to update status after every sales call. Easy to customize. Easy to transfer in my existing Salesforce.com database Awesome support!

Cons: I wish they could sell me leads so I could load them into the system and go to work.

Comments: I was looking for a new CRM system when I came across SalseNexus. I had previously used ACT and Salesforce and neither seemed to work for me. When I came across SalesNexus, what really caught my eye was the unlimited email marketing. I use send email blasts about once a week and those were getting very expensive. Reducing this cost meant I did not have to worry as much about how often I sent emails. After i signed up for a free trial, I was able to instantly import my ACT database, a feature I never thought was possible. I attended the weekly webinars about getting started and I was well on my way to falling in love with my new CRM.

Pros: SalesNexus offers the best support staff in the business. If you ever have any problems just log into chat and someone will be with you within minutes. Unlimited email marketing has also cut my costs tremendously.

Cons: Sometimes issues with new rollouts but they are generally fixed within a few hours. It can also be slow to run at times.

Pros: Everything we wanted. Easy to use. Hosted. Customer Support via Chat is quick and professional. The training videos in 2-10 minute ready-to-use snippets on their web site makes it easy to find information when you need it. It is easy to see how we could expand our use of this tool for a greater business benefit. For the price, it is very feature risk, and being able to cancel anytime shows the company's belief in their product.

Cons: Some actions aren't intuitive or could be easier. Needs a few minor changes for Firefox.

Overall: We'd buy it again, it has helped our communication with customers, prospects and investors.

Pros: Completely web-based. Can batch-import from various databases and other lists like that of trade-show attendees. Very effective tool for tracking leads from suspect through to client.

Cons: Email integration and calendar syncing does not work on a Mac. Does not have email tracking, yet. Some tasks are not the most intuitive - but once you learn it becomes easy.

Overall: Very good CRM software for the price.

Pros: On line support and training videos for learning on your own time. Very responsive to questions. Used ACT for 10 years, now I can get to SalesNexus on road from any computer,
Does everything ACT did and more. We have 3 of us using one version of the database.

More than meets our needs for database. Can't say enough about the support, never could get an "ACT" rep to help without saying where is my money and lots of that.

Love the fact if my computer crashes I can still get to the database - which is the case right now. Working from my laptop and can get to it while traveling.

I have one employee who is not great with computers/software but she is figuring it out.

Cons: Slow for Fax cover to come up. Few minor things I might want to change but not much. I am really happy with it.

When moved database did not transfer my secondary contacts under a contact. I did not have a lot but did have some. Got to remember to hit "Save". Took some time to get that down but it does prompt you to save things usually

hard or cannot download to iphone. But I have too many contacts to download to phone.

Overall: Can't say enough on ease of use, support, training, and all my ACT contacts just moved over. Would highly recommend them.
