Saving us time and money and improving our operational results. Pros The software is investigator friendly, performs well (no busy cursor syndrome like our old system), and can produce reports for prosecution and management. The reporting capabilities alone have saved our organization countless man hours and corresponding costs. Managers like the command and control capabilities. Cons It won't completely do our job for us, but we're confident no other system will do that. It would have been nice if we had this integrated with our stand-alone tips and complaints system as the company does provide this service. The system was cumbersome and we were never able to get full management and investigator buy-in. We decided to cut our losses and pursue a new solution designed specifically for law enforcement. Agnovi X-FIRE was the chosen solution. Agnovi transferred our existing data, from the old system into X-FIRE, prior to go-live. The system was easily deployed and configured, users received full system training, and X-FIRE has proven to be robust and easy-to-use. We now operate with complete system buy-in from investigators and management. We are now reaping the rewards of electronic case management and reporting. Our biggest regret was not starting with X-FIRE to begin with. Pros Practical, easy-to-use, affordable. Nice GUI, workflow support, and comprehensive reporting.
