The app Team Xpress is the best app for homecare on the market and the self scheduling feature is a very powerful tool and provides all the autonomy our caregivers need. Customer support is first class and problems are dealt with quickly and effectively. Cons There is really very little I can think of that qualifies for the least-like classification. I’ve have never had a complaint in the 14 years I have worked with them. Also inability to tally PTO in days or shifts vs hours. Would like to "publish" Schedules on a certain day for the next week and have each provider confirm their shift on the app once I publish it.
