Pros

  • We are very happy that we switched to this tool and keep learning more great things about it every day.

  • Love the program easy to navigate and very user-friendly. I would recommend to anyone one that is looking for a great interface.

  • Love the userability, the customer support, and the endless growth and capability of the product.

  • I've loved working with VinSolutions, they offer a great product. Their staff is so friendly and helpful.

Cons

  • The inventory management change to homenet was a major mistake. It has hindered the D2C2 launch for my website.

  • Issues made my conversion be delayed multiple weeks. Every time a new feature happens the bugs are never fully fixed.

  • Lack of Canadian specific feature. A lot of things rely on Account rep.

  • The dashboard can be a little confusing for those that are not technologically inclined.

"The Superior CRM"

Overall: I have been using Vin for six years and have worked in other dealerships that did not use it. Resource management and inventory control are easily managed within it. Desking and interaction with other software is seamless and thoughtless. You can't go wrong with this CRM.

Pros: VinSolutions is the superior CRM software out there for the car business. Customer management is at it's absolute finest and easiest to manage with this user-friendly software.

Cons: Vin doesn't really have drawbacks. It is superior to other car industry software in every way imaginable.

"best crm we've seen"

Overall: have been 100% happy with them for years and will continue to be

Pros: easy to use, tons of customizable features and great suggestions for sales staff to help them continue a dialog with propects

Cons: there are many features that we dont take advantage of being a smaller dealership

Alternatives Considered: Dealertrack DMS

"Connect CRM "

Pros: Connect CRM has an easy setup process.

Cons: The lead tracking is a little tricky to get setup properly.

"In our opinion, it's the best "

Overall: It's one of those systems that I don't know how the industry ever lived without. Vital for our everyday operations.

Pros: The tool has more information than you could ever need. So much so that it's overwhelming. Fairly easy to use once you learn it, and is very useful in assisting our staff in keeping up with leads and customers.

Cons: Because there is SO much information, it can be overwhelming to learn. I've been using it for many years and find new things and reports and ways to do things every day.

"Connect CRM Review"

Pros: Our team leader enhanced our services by using this. It helps us to easily fastrack our customer's feedback for us to improve our customer service.

Cons: I haven't been experiencing any issues while using this software.
