Pros: Very easy to learn, lots of features. There are a lot of reports that you can generate to help you know what your costs are for each job.

Cons: Still cant get paint cost to calculate in reports, there should be some formulas that can be input to calculate these but i haven't been able to get them set up.

Overall: We are able to track several different areas of cost for each job, including parts and labor costs.

Bugs Never Get Fixed. Some Functions Do Not Work.

Comments: We've been using iAutoFocus for about 5 years. It was a good compromise when we bought it--nothing had all the features we wanted but iAutoFocus came closest. Advantages are ability to provide more detail and customized information to customers on estimates and invoices. It also enabled us to more clearly show customers discounts applied to their orders. However we found many bugs in the first year that still exist in year 5. Basic scheduling and reporting functions simply do not work as advertised and there does not appear to be any attempt to fix them. Biggest complaint is that we've been asking for reporting access to our customer data for 3+ years with no response. Seems like a no-brainer for a business management tool. We want a list of customer names and e-mail addresses--we can't even get this in a printed report, much less a spreadsheet.

Not worth the money.
