Until now has been a pleasure working with it, can't complain about the functionality. We have installed the software in 5 franchise now, all of them with a previous training of the personal working there, not problem at all.

Pros

COSTAR Professional's integrated applications include Retail Point-of-Sale, Shop Management, Service Scheduling, Customer Follow-up, Inventory Control, Purchasing, Accounts Receivable, and complete account and document history.

Cons

At first is not very user friendly because all the options and tools you have in 1 software, but once you get used to it becomes very easy, good things takes time.
