I use CRM to call clients, we do sales and prospecting, it represents the entire process of closing a deal, from the moment of capture to the final conversion, it actively tracks and manages customer information, intelligently captures and emails from customers, it automates time-consuming routine tasks, saving countless hours, ultimately giving you the resources and capabilities your business needs when you need them.

Pros

Data processing, multichannel access, provides greater integration between marketing and sales, finds more leads, converts more sales, simplifies repetitive tasks, has a multitude of features that leverage sales and help in prospecting for customers.

Cons

I believe that the defect is not in the software but in who will use it, the tools are amazing, as long as they are used correctly, otherwise, managers can get lost along the way and misuse of tools can disrupt an entire project.

CMR has been incredible and a huge asset to the practice. The learning curve is simple, our MAs haven't had any problem and find the software extremely easy to learn and work on.

Pros

CMR is simple to use, learn and holds all of the important information that patient records need to. Navigation within the portal is straightforward and easy. Everything that you need is right in front of you.

Cons

Nothing. There isn't anything left out that needs to be included and it's easy to use.

THe best investment you could ever make for you ER. CMR easily intergrates with other vendors, such as CPSI and Meditech. The team offers bar none the best support during implementation. Just overall a fantastic product!

Pros

Ease of use. Almost zero spin up time. The chart is so easy to use becuase it is designed to mirror paper charting. Doc's love it, nurses love it. I have never had a problem or kick back from staff not wanted to use it. They would suffer without CMR.

Cons

Would love to have custom templates. Maybe update the colors of the screens. We have younger staff members that are more internet friendly and have lots of suggestions.
