Cons

If you don't use Shopify Plus, it is limited for customization in checkout process.

I was positively surprised how easy it was to setup and start the store.Visually they have one of the best graphic solutions so the store looks professional and well branded.They provide many apps and integrations to enhance the store functionality.

Pros

Great interface, easy to deploy even if you are just a beginner, lots of amazing templates, fast and responsive customer service, Quick setup and launch, many payment options

Cons

Pricing is more expensive comparing to other platforms, large competition, transaction fees.

Great experience overall! Easy, straightforward, and beginner-friendly.

Pros

I love that it is user-friendly, even for a beginner like me. I am not a web person, but I was able to navigate through the different pages easily.

Cons

As an agency, switching back and forth through the different sites was a little bit of a pain. I think it should be a little more obvious which site you are working in to prevent errors.

The customer service is exceptional. I had some issues with refunds and the reply time was excellent, chat was great. The conversation is saved. Very helpful.

Pros

It is easy to work with from an accounting perspective. Easy to get the reports that are needed for bookkeeping.

Cons

Shopify should consider getting feedback from bookkeepers and accountants to add more reports for further detail.

Shopify is a mixed experience for me. I love the idea of it, but for the average person, it's not user-friendly when it comes to design. There are a lot of little tweaks that need to happen and it's hard to know how or where to tweak! Otherwise, I think it's a solid platform for e-commerce.

Pros

I like that it's main focus is e-commerce and it has a lot of options available to customize it.

Cons

Customizing it can be difficult. It doesn't behave like other website builders and can be finicky when I want to tweak something. It seems like in order to do exactly what I want to do, I have to buy a bunch of add-on apps. This makes the cost add up.

Wordpress is even harder to customize than Shopify. Plus, there are too many updates that constantly have to happen to keep it secure. I like the security of Shopify.

Shopify immediately comes to mind when I think about ecommerce. I find it extremely user friendly as a buyer, and I have been thinking about becoming a seller and would definitely use Shopify as my platform.

Pros

Shopify sets the gold standard in the ecommerce community, as a leading example of a user friendly interface for a pleasant shopping experience.

Cons

As a buyer, I would like more filter options in the search criteria.

All in all shopify is a consistent, reliable, and all things considered, affordable platform for running any form of e-commerce.

Pros

ease of use, user experience - it's very easy to accomplish what you're intending to do, and if the feature you'd like is not built in, there is most definitely a plugin that will work

Cons

very few bad things to say about shopify, the only thing that comes to mind would be the pricing

Pros

Es más sencillo de administrar y configurar para el administrador y los usuarios.

Cons

Tiene menos opciones que otras empresas que son competencia directa. Los diseños son más básicos y no lo recomiendo para una web de una empresa multinacional.

I like this for many reasons as a buyer, but as a seller I don't think that I would use Shopify as much.

Pros

I like the convenience of having an alternative to Amazon as well as a marketplace of multiple vendors that allow for a spirited competition.

Cons

Avenger fees for this app were extremely high.

Pros

Very user friendly, almost unlimited options for plugins and integrations. Shopify is the best e-commerce platform I’ve found yet.

Cons

Occasionally customer support is a little bit slower.

Si vous souhaitez juste créer un site de dropshipping en 1heure, Shopify est parfait. Si vous souhaitez personnaliser votre site sans payer des thèmes hors de prix (environ 300-400€ minimum), Shopify devient déjà bien moins adapté. Si vous avez un quelconque problème, vous n'aurez aucune aide de la part du service client malgré de nombreuses relances.

Pros

Simplicité de création - peu chère (AU DEBUT)

Cons

Difficulté de modification / bug lors des modifications Aucun service client - Relance de Shopify Paiements depuis désormais plus d'un mois. Aucune prise en charge, le service client vous ignore.

Pros

That you could build without coding and sell online.

Cons

It was clunky to use. Cancelling was complex and I am still being charged 5 months later (not for add ons for the shop itself) followed instructions and chatted with their support twice - to be told the shop wasn’t active - then charged again.

Like I said, above.Can't complain too much.It wasn't overbearingly special or overbearingly.Terrible a good app to shop from home with if you need one.

Pros

I'm not a huge online shopper.To be honest, but this gave me an opportunity to maybe explore that area a little bit more and I'll be honest.It's convenient not too bad on interface either.Which means it ran smooth and add some perks to it can't complain.

Cons

Need more perks to match up with the investments made.
