Pros The simplicity of using Shopify for purchases knowing it’s safe and secure. I look for Shopify when I shop online. It has robust ecosystems that are easy to use. It also integrates well with other tools hence helping us acquire our eCommerce needs from one platform. It is ideal for any company. Pros Shopify is very user friendly and scalable making it ideal for all companies. The customer suport system in this tool is 24/7. This helps us trouble shoot problems on time. Mobile application capability is also a plus for me. It helps us work remotely thus promoting productivity. Cons I have no dislikes on this tool. Pros Shopify is a great platform to shop. Generally, i like the ease of using Shopify and the navigation and filtering systems are very okay as they are easy to understanding. As a user, they provide quite a good support and timely too. Cons Sometimes, getting refund for returned item might take a while on Shopify. I such cases, the Shopify custermer service comes in but it still takes a while to get your money back. I guess the issue is not specific to them alone, anyway. Review Source DS Darren S. Shopify provides a great ecommerce solution that focuses on improving customer conversion. Pros Shopify is an all in one solution platform that is quick and easy to set up and maintain. It has plenty of themes, integrations and apps - all in a clear and seemless presentation. Shopify provides a secure and scaleable solution, so you can start small and simple, then morph into something much larger and complicated. Cons All the ongoing costs for transactions and extra fees for addons can really add up. Customisation can be limited compared to open source competitors. Cons Some of the bulk actions are still very labor intensive and I’m surprised and disappointed that they are not quicker. One such example is setting a collection’s products to LIVE…you have to do them page by page and only 50 at a time. Cons Sometimes I need to ship from a different address and wish there was an option for this.
