I have fought my elected officials for years to keep this program. The support team at NewDawn is awesome. They are always helpful and thorough.

Pros

Database is very indepth. Features are exceptional. The program is user friendly on the user side.

Cons

Information is hard to correct. Some errors entered can not be deleted. Reports and report building are very confusing. Not so user friendly on the administration side.

Our Public Defender agency spent a TON of money on Just Ware. The employees call it Just Swear, Just Wait, and a number of others. The system is incredibly slow. You could create JustWare using MS Access and Excel with links and be money ahead - because that is all Justware seems to be. Very little automation - you are just making lists upon lists. It is a black hole of time and money. If you open a document from the file cabinet (which is very slow), you cannot simultaneously make a 'note'.

I would recommend the JustWare software to other prosecutor's offices.

Pros

The implementation team was a great asset. They were thorough and efficient. The customer service is top-notch.

Cons

We should have been more specific about the reports we wanted, and should've included those in the project. We've had to buy extra design time, which is quite expensive.

Pros

Our implementation team from New Dawn Technologies has been fantastic. They are organized, follow through on assignments, are easy to work with, and they are extremely patient with us as we learn the new software. Their teaching style is exceptional.

I recommend the justware court management for all Tribal Courts.

Pros

I really like the ease of filing documents its has streamlined our case management. Allows us to store pdf files and have them awlays at our finger tips. Also, like the ability to pull information for reporting needs.

I love Justware. It is a great case management system. New Dawn Tech makes a complicated transition much easier!

Pros

Much easier to track our cases. New Dawn willing to modify to reports and screen to fit our needs. They have suggested changes to benefit us.

They work through our problems, so we don't have any cons

I was not familiar with Justware prior to my current job. I first started using the program in March. Six months later I am able to comfortable utilizing the various functionality to run my court. If I do have a question, a quick call to support is sure to provide me with an answer. I highly recommend Justware for any court management you need.
