I would definitely suggest to use their approach to build the team synergy about company strategy. This is not a natural process that team is following the strategy, they always tend to go to operational task but with the tool and and expert we accomplished that this is normal exercise to the team. Pros This is great tool where we as team work on our strategic goals. With it we maintain the focus and not losing sight from common goal. Cons Sometimes, when we have more tasks trough years ( adding or removing) they are not numerically sorted, but after log out or login they come back in right order). Cons There product doesn't have a feature that allows quarterly updates. We can update things monthly or annually, but not quarterly. This was previously managed in Excel but the ease of use, logical structure and world-class support has made this one of our most useful tools. Pros The ability to contain all strategic initiatives, cascade those down to multiple levels of detail, and support all of that with a robust reporting and dashboard engine. Cons At certain times the system refresh times are a little slower than i would like.
