Pros: The SupplierSelect tool is extremely user friendly and easy to set up. We conducted a selection project on behalf of a client for an internal IT solution.

A total of 15 vendors were evaluated by a combined team of 20 stakeholder evaluation panelists.

The online collaboration and multiple weighting and scoring vastly reduced the selection process time and the client was satisfied by the transparency of the process.

We will definitely make use of the platform again and look forward to re-using the RFP template from this project going forwards.

Cons: Some additonal work was needed to get the product branded according to client needs which was an additional charge.

There were no off-the-shelf templates, meaning we had to build bespoke requirements questionnaire with the client.

Overall: Overall, this is a very flexible and efficient platform for managing evaluation projects. The cost was very reasonable and we would definitely use it again for our next client engagement.
