Pros How easy it is to access information re: candidates, clients and prospects and the efficiency of entering notes in the system as I am interviewing candidates. Very good people at Top Echelon to work with, always helpful in answering questions and making suggestions. Cons I have had good experiences in using Top Echelon so I cannot think of a con. The team is solid. Pros interchangeability with the ATS and the split network! its magical. Cons some of the functionality is overwhelming at times.
