### "A terrific tool for a solo recruiter!"

I have used a couple of other recruiting software packages in the past and this one is by far the best. It easily keeps track of all facets of the recruiting and contacts management processes in a seamless manner. The customer support has always been terrific and very timely and the ongoing training series have been invaluable. You can tell Big Biller was designed for Recruiters BY Recruiters. Thank you.

Pros

Very intuitive to use. Seamlessly keeps track of correspondence with contacts whether contacted for recruiting or business development and helps me schedule my next contacts with them.

Cons

I'm not able to do my own merging of records and need the help of Customer Support. But they do a great job of getting it done for me quickly.

Pros

The best thing of this software is that it is very easy to use. I am able to track clients as well as candidates responses. It streamlined the whole recruiting process.

Cons

There is nothing that I dislikes about this software but sometimes it doesn't detect the duplicate resumes due to the updated contact details of candidates.

big biller is tied into Tp echelon, In contrast, other ATS did not contain this feature.

Cons

The 1000 mass email limit: other ATS have a 5000 limit cut and paste resumes yield a parse error

Great company with excellent customer support

Pros

Ease of use improves once you commit to use daily, and understand its capabilities. The addition of TEN was brilliant. The people section has too many 'boxes'.

Cons

At times, parsing is a bit clumsy. I still cannot see where the 'opened email' alert appears.

I am able to track responses of candidates, maintains my data.

Pros

It helps me to maintains clients as well as the candidates data, their, responses. Also I can send emails to number of candidates in one go. The best thing in this software is that we can set the stages for the candidates.

Cons

There is only one thing I dislikes about this software that sometimes the duplicate candidates are not detected due to new address and email of candidate while parsing the resume. This should be improve.

We've been a customer of TE's Big Biller for many years and won't even consider changing. Our initial set up and transfer of data was seamless and we have found the tech support to be excellent every time. Great product with great people and great support!

They have been very easy to work with and the system is well thought out and functional.

Pros

it is very easy to use and intuitive. Drag and drop features to create candidates. Integration with email. Ability to import candidates easily.

Cons

You need to put candidates into a zip file to load as bulk (but at least it has a bulk upload feature). It does not have integrations with top vendor systems to automatically import jobs.

Reason for choosing Top Echelon

Price, Functionality, major job board integrations and packages and ability to work on shared deals with other independent recruiters.

I had a few hiccups and am still learning how to get around. Overall, I found great help and their software training is available on Monday, Tuesdays and Fridays which help a lot.

Pros

I like my ability to upload my applicants and place them in the Network. This way, although I might not have anything for them right now, they would be eligible for another Recruiter to use. I also like the fact that I can find applicants for jobs that I am attempting to fill and don't have in my own portal.

Cons

it was a little tedious getting up and running.

Big biller is perfect for working with clients, since it integrates with external CRM services, further expanding the results. We recommend it to check personal references quickly, to manage HR internally, and to manage job interviews.

Pros

Luckily for us there are platforms of HR and ATS as elaborate as it is big biller, which has allowed us to keep a professional count of all the candidates who go through the recruitment process, their identifications, and their previous work activity.

Cons

The platform does not include an evaluation system for agencies, so in the case of those whose work is based on mobilizing staff prospects, they will have problems using it. The platform does not allow us to track job interviews.

Overall, I feel like you get what you pay for with Big Biller and it is good for a company that is small and starting up.

Pros

Big Biller is inexpensive. I like that Big Biller can make lists which I like. I also like that I am able to see the reports of sales/marketing activity.

Cons

There is no automation. It does not link to your email if you use gmail. The search options are extremely limited and also the reporting is extremely limited. There is no actual pipeline for each job is in a separate location then the candidate profile and I find that confusing.

We're a new user to Big Biller. Sales team and customer support are solid. User interface is good. Perhaps a bit clunky, but just a little bit. I mean that from the perspective of user interface. However, its very easy to learn and the functionality is there. Overall its a very good system. Especially given the price, you get an excellent value. I have a traditional 3rd party staffing agency. Need the usual stuff: job orders, candidates, database, metrics, etc. As far as front end, Big Biller has you covered. They don't have invoicing, time cards, etc. for the back end. However, versus all other vendors I talked to, BB has the edge. It does the same thing many others do and will charge you literally a fraction of the price. Plus, they don't lock you down into annual subscriptions (which will cost you money every time you lose an employee; and anyone in staffing knows we have turnover in our business), or charge you high start-up costs. Their monthly pricing gives you ability to add and remove users without getting stuck paying hundreds or thousands of dollars on annual seats. Big Biller is the only vendor I found that is willing to give you a 30 day trial. You can actually use and test the system versus sitting through the demo and then having to make a decision. I'd recommend BB for any boutique staffing firms. Especially start-ups like myself.
