Pros

It has alot of features that help make the process easy. Customer support is available through email and phone and they are helpful.

Cons

The self help articles are not the best. Putting lists in and out are easy just managing the different lists isn't as easy as other dialers.

Pros

Hosted Dialer is easy to use if you need to send out a phone marketing campaign quickly. You can upload a list, record a message and hit send immediately. The message then gets distributed to all the callers on the call list.

Cons

There are many times when I will send out a phone campaign, someone will call me back and say there was no recording; as if the message was just blank. That can get frustrating at times because I know I recorded a message, tested the message through my personal phone and then when I have an expectation that the message will get to my users, sometimes it doesn't.

I would recommend Hosted Dialer to anyone! I am very pleased with how it works for me and I want others to benefit from this great tool as well.

Pros

One thing that i love about this tool is that it is very easy to use, so very easy to understand! Great customer service too!

Cons

So far, for the few months that I have been with Hosted Dialer, I have not encountered any issues with them.

I give this dialer top recommendation! I have already referred a couple prospects to this solution and will continue to refer others in the future. Two thumbs up!

Pros

This dialer was really easy to set up for my agents and took me no time to get my agents ready to place calls. I barely had to do any training with them because this dialer is so straight forward! Getting started was a breeze and my sales rep is always able to answer my questions in a timely manner. I've already been seeing results since we started using this dialer. Good stuff!

I haven't encountered any negatives with this dialer

I have already recommended Vioteck to 3 other companies that I work with and will continue to do so, this thing is exactly what I was looking for. Thanks

Pros

I used to use a dialer that was called a ViciDialer, and it was really confusing, Vioteck has a dialer that is really easy to use, they have training videos that explain things really well, the sales dept is great and friendly, they always answer when I call. They have a small town feel but a robust dialer that not only dials, it emails, leaves voice mails, does three way calls, you name it.

Cons

I honestly cant think of anything to put here.
