I don't have any complaints. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and the IT team have always been on the ball and quick to answer and trouble shoot anything I've thrown their way. Especially during this pandemic when our district closed they were able to do a manual cancellation on all of our events and never hesitated once about it. Pros The product is very easy to use. When I do phone training, I'm able to train the user while doing other tasks. That's how well I know the system with how our district uses it. I'm also impressed by the amazing customer service that rSchoolToday, especially \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] has provided us for the past eight years. They have been able to customize our invoicing process to talk to our PeopleSoft system. Cons Wow, this is going to be hard. I would have to say that prior to their Global cancellations, that would have been a con, but they were able to roll this out recently. I haven't used it yet, but it will be very helpful when we have school closures. Switched from [ScheduleFM](https://www.capterra.com/p/128130/ScheduleFM/) Their system quit meeting our district needs. Reasons for choosing rSchoolToday I believe that their product was superior compared to the other products we reviewed during the RFP process. It also met our Athletic Departments needs as well. Pros The quick start up is so easy to set up, the company does the initial installation and walks you through every step. We rely on this program for all our calender and rental activities, it does the scheduling, electronic contracts, billing and everything you need to run a full-scale operation. Gives email reminders to everyone, our custodial folks love it.
