The software offers a great bang for your buck and an awesome value for your money! Customer support and ease of use are top notch. My favorite feature of the software is donation management. I even recommended the software to my check for fundraisers and such. It has been a big help for raising much for our church. Cons Currently, I did not face any drawbacks with the software. No need for paper check ins or lack of documentation when it comes to children being checked in or not. Also, the software is fairly affordable for the quality of the program. Pros I really enjoy the ease of use not only for staff, but for the parents. It's also really nice to hear feedback from parents on how much they enjoy the smooth process of utilizing the software. Cons Sometimes it will lag or glitch which is very frustrating. However, it is very easy to call customer service, and they help super-fast! Cons In the equipment checkout tracking feature, there is no alert when items are not returned. I had to monitor supplies after each session which disrupts continuity after class and make extra work for volunteers.
