Pros: It allows all areas of my company to access critical data in real time. I especially like the shipping component for Customer Services needs, and the website inventory integration.

Cons: No quite as intuitive as I'd like. New employees need time to ramp up.

Recommendations to other buyers: Terrific product for quickly growing medium sized businesses!

Pros: Easy to use, multiple integrations, and lots of customizations available to fit your needs.

Cons: The software was very straightforward for an ERP. Easy to use, easy to customize to fit your business and needs.

Recommendations to other buyers: Research multiple vendors. Ask for references and case studies similar and different from your business needs. Chart your needs and see if the software will meet all of them. Is ongoing customer support and assisted implementation available?

Pros: Toys, family stuff and sports equipments. You know I alway wanna find out a new way to replace this service, but eventually, I recognize this one is the best.

Cons: Kitchen stuff. I think it's quality is not as good as I was expecting. However, I'm still enduring this product right now.

Recommendations to other buyers: I think it's good enough to be used. If you can improve the speed, that would be great!
