Pros: Product is easy to use for both administrators and end users

Product is highly configurable

Implementation support was very helpful on technical, process and content issues - we got great "best practices" advice from ViaPeople

Customer support (both during setup and implementation) is highly responsive and reasonably priced

Cons: GUI could be more slick - not important as an administrator, but end users might appreciate a cleaner, more intuitive interface

Standard Reports are good, and could be more detailed - we had to create a number of custom reports to answer key questions

Org chart / graphic format for succession results would be helpful

Overall: I enthusiastically recommend this product for clients who want an easy to implement succession solution.
