The ability to have all of our payer EOB documents in one place, with an OCR format makes it SO simple to find the document you're looking for.

Cooper Financial Services would highly recommend eBridge Solutions. It is user friendly, fast, efficient...not too mention GREEN! Five Stars!

Pros

Very easy to use, and extremely helpful. We love that we can upload through multiple scanners in our office and then access our account even when we are out of the office. Looking forward to the training coming up to help us all brush up on eBridge.

Have used some other scanning software but none have compared to Ebridge and it is very user friendly!

Pros

Rotate pages, Highlight, pencil to mark items, the opition to type on page before printing etc...

Cons

Have none at this time

I would definitely recommend the software.

Pros

Allows you to OCR images and the searching tool makes finding things easy. It also keeps things organized and eliminates filing cabinets.

Cons

The only con that we have experienced is after using the software for a long period of time it sometimes doesn't download the page we are trying to view completely. We then have to exit the internet browser and log back into the software and retrieve the document again. This doesn't happen very often but when it does it is an annoying inconvenience.
