This simply isn't a modern solution and we should have realized this years earlier. There are much better solutions available and while the window dressing may look good, this is a dying platform that most will want to avoid.

Pros

When we began using Igloo approximately 7 years ago, it provided us with an enhanced intranet over what was available to SharePoint

Cons

The platform did not progress at the same rate as other solutions. It is overpriced and under delivered. Team members did not want to use the platform because it is difficult to use, painful to navigate, has poor search capabilities and does not integrate with other solutions.

At the beginning I had some doubts regarding the functionality and integration of the service within the organization, with its application I gained experience using the Intranet for professional purposes that I believe are intelligent and complete, these aspects of the service were slow but positive for the company and the professional community.

Pros

Its most important feature is its ability to combine with other daily office apps, its ability to combine with Office 365 tools is exceptionally developed and can be accessed from Igloo seamlessly and in a way that makes the user able to manage all their work from a central platform that has the features and needs of the user and no more, you have quick access to important information, key people and work procedures.

Cons

Like many Internet services and extensive add-ons, it has a large number of tools and resources that leave the user with no knowledge of the administration interface, which results in some problems at startup. The first use of this service was at the time of the presentation.

One of my favourite things about Igloo is the support it gives on mobile devices. This has been an issue with other communication software, but not with Igloo.

Igloo offers a robust feature set. Their customer service team is responsive, knowledegable, and helpful.

Cons

The knowledge base does a good job of explaining the basics, but could be more thorough. I often have to search through customer forums to find the solution to a question or issue that I assumed would be covered by standard knowledge base information.

Igloo was a good service for us as a small company, and is great for any start-up looking to streamline their collaborative processes.

Pros

Igloo is a simple, clean web based interface for project management and internal communication and collaboration. It offers a straight-forward approach to managing tasks and deliverables compared to other bloated services.

Cons

The last time I used Igloo, it could do with some additional project milestone and deliverable management features such as individual task assignment and progress updates.
