The only thing they can improve on is the documentation and how to set up a process.

Pros

Penta Project management module is a real time database updates, project reviews, timelines and the list goes on. I recommend this for medium and large enterprises.

Cons

The software price is on the higher side and proper training and knowledge is required to operate and get good results.
