Pros

Depuis l’implantation de MIR-RT, nous constatons une amélioration importante dans la gestion et le suivi de notre flotte. Le système fonctionne de manière très fluide et intuitive, ce qui facilite grandement son utilisation au quotidien par nos équipes. L’un des aspects les plus appréciés est sans aucun doute le suivi en temps réel. Cette fonctionnalité nous permet d’avoir rapidement accès à l’état des véhicules, aux entretiens à venir, aux réparations en cours ainsi qu’aux différentes problématiques signalées. Cela nous aide à prendre des décisions plus rapidement et à mieux planifier nos interventions afin de limiter les impacts opérationnels. Nous apprécions également énormément la grande variété de rapports offerts par MIR-RT. Les différents outils de compilation et d’analyse nous permettent d’obtenir des données précises et complètes sur l’entretien, les coûts, les inspections, les bris récurrents et plusieurs autres aspects de la gestion de flotte. Ces rapports facilitent le suivi administratif, améliorent notre organisation et nous permettent d’avoir une meilleure vision globale de nos opérations.

Cons

Un des éléments que nous aimerions voir amélioré dans MIR-RT concerne la gestion de l’inventaire entre les différentes succursales. Présentement, le fait de ne pouvoir consulter que l’inventaire d’une seule succursale à la fois représente parfois une limite dans nos opérations quotidiennes. Dans un contexte où plusieurs installations ou points de service doivent collaborer entre eux, il serait très utile de pouvoir obtenir une vue d’ensemble de tous les inventaires disponibles à travers les différentes succursales directement dans le système. Cela permettrait d’accélérer la recherche de pièces, d’équipements ou de matériel disponible ailleurs dans le réseau sans devoir changer constamment de succursale ou effectuer des vérifications supplémentaires auprès des autres équipes. Une vision globale de l’inventaire faciliterait également la planification des réparations et des entretiens, particulièrement lors de situations urgentes où le temps de réponse est important. Cela pourrait aider à réduire certains délais, éviter des achats en double et optimiser davantage le partage des ressources entre les différentes installations.

Merci beaucoup pour cet avis détaillé ! Nous sommes ravis que le suivi en temps réel et les rapports de MIR-RT contribuent à une gestion plus efficace de votre flotte. Concernant la gestion de l’inventaire entre les succursales, certaines options existent déjà dans MIR-RT pour consulter l’inventaire des autres succursales sans avoir à changer de succursale, ainsi que pour utiliser des pièces provenant d’autres succursales dans un bon de travail. Il est possible qu’un ajustement de configuration soit nécessaire afin que vos utilisateurs puissent bénéficier pleinement de ces fonctionnalités. very good so far. users are happy so far and no complaints, data are synchronized with our tms system and easily read by other departments when they need information regarding trucks/trailers.

Pros

easy to use and user friendly. i can find all the reports i need to review and downloaded them. can also find data i need promptly.

Cons

sometimes, our internet is not as fast as it should, so when i download reports or find information i need, it would take some time to view and process as i required.

des bogues souvent .très long des fois dans le téléchargement . les mise a jour des odo et des heures moteurs

Solid solution, it will cover all your needs. Excellent technical service. They will always find the solution for you.

Pros

We have been using MIR for about 5 years in Ricova, we have a dedicated server for it in our offices, so is not a cloud service, that allows us to control the infrastructure part, this helps DataDis to make the price competitive without loosing any feature that you may think of, and believe me, they have everything covered. Their technical support line always have the answer for your problems.

Cons

We would love to have better documentation about the system. There are so many modules you could use that we dont because we dont know how, this requires onsite / virtual training, however with solid documentation this wont be as neccesary. Handle the infrastructure can cause problems if your IT department is not expert enough.

Very good, we are learning more all the time, this system has a lot of good features & integrates well with our other programs. The support is one of the best, quick reply to get issues solved

Pros

integration & flexibility. Being able to talk to our other programs was a must have & MIR does that.

Cons

takes time to learn all the functions. I find the program very robust which means it takes time to use all the modules
