"Pleased Client since 1985"

Overall: This company is TOTALLY accessible. The product has grown very significantly and stayed in pace with the changes and directions of the industry. Current "latest" versions are "Very Today" in terms of function and new GUI design. In my industry Dentech is the standard of the industry for the accounting side of dentistry. The reports are unsurpassed in dentistry. Clinical integration is excellent as well. Dentech has long been the correct choice for multiple office corporate dentistry as well as independent practices.

Pros: Reliable results, great access to the company, constant improvement over the years staying right on top of what is going on in my industry - and - the finset reports in the industry.

Cons: It is difficult to find any area of this software that Dentech has not addressed to date and perfected.

"Pretty decent office software"

Pros: Ease of integration with existing workflows and records

Cons: Often experience issues with data management upload and download

"Out of date, hard to use."

Overall: I would not recommend this product.

Pros: The customer support was wonderful, always friendly and helpful. The reports were very cut and dry and easy to access and run.

Cons: The software was very outdated. Every screen you tried to get to took 50 clicks, the clinical notes were hard to read because of the format, the patients ledgers were terrible. We implemented DenChart and found it took over 2 minutes to pull up each individual patients chart.

"Software for an office that isn't ready for full paperless charts"

Overall: Just needed to upgrade to a more advance digital platform for our practice. Customer service greatly declined after a while as well.

Pros: Had many nice features that were customizable and ideal for dental claims. Treatment was able to be put in progress and then fully completed when work was seated which made for a nice tracking method.

Cons: Lacking key features that made it easier to use other technology in the office. Also customer service was lacking.

Reasons for Choosing DENTECH: only option at the time for our practice. We since have switched.

We are releasing the Next Generation of Dentech with plenty of new features and enhancements to the program, including full paperless features, more robust support options, and more flexible functions. Paperless charts have been an option with Dentech for the past 20 years, and we continue to make improvements and strides in the paperless arena every day. "DenTech is a pleasure to use."

Pros: Ease of use and tracking useage. Finding materials is easy.

Cons: There was nothing that I disliked about software.

"Dentech"

Overall: Loved it. Easy to learn and runs very efficiently

Pros: Easy and detailed program. Reports are very detailed and easy to run and understand

Cons: We needed to upgrade from Unix. Outdated but worked so good and ran smoothly
