It works well. Cons synchronization with Quickbooks is difficult. We had this software set up with an older version of Quickbooks but when we switch to the online Quickbooks version, the syn did not happen. Other softwares I have used are more sophisticated and time consuming. With SpringAhead it takes me max 3 min to fill in the time. Another nice future is also, that overtime is tracked separately, given that 8 hours is the regular timeline to work, so you can see how many hours OT you have. Pros SpringAhead is extremely easy to understand, use and navigate. It also makes approvals are smooth, so the reporting and time keeping makes it easy for supervisors review and approval. Cons The only downside is that once submitted and it's still under pending review, you can't make changes to your timesheet. Though sometimes, if not approved yet, I would prefer to have the ability to make adjustments. Springahead has ZERO customer service, and I cannot get them to stop charging me, even though I canceled months ago. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM for total lack of customer support.
