"Great Support"

**Overall:** appreciate that the agents follow-up on cases. agents are knowledgeable.

**Pros:** customer service; can get answers almost immediately

**Cons:** Lifting a container on/off a chassis is unrealistic should be able to change the destination of a shipment without removing it from the assigned driver

"Financial Controller"

**Overall:** No too bad but my rating is low due to poor customer service.

**Pros:** This software is capable to manage a large fleet. Breakdown of software is hardly ever noticed,

**Cons:** Customer service is almost zero. Its' been more than one year that we have purchased a module to pull the data to design our desired reports. Although TransPlus is charging us for this service every month. But Customer Service and Technical Team of Transplus completely failed to help us to pull they data and get our desired reports.
