During that time, I have worked with the Softrip system and team for 18 and they are, by far, the best I've worked with. Pros The entire Softrip Team is fantastic. From the Admin staff, to the Engineers, Development, and Support Team, they are all a pleasure to work with. Cons The native reporting capabilities necessitate 3rd party reporting tools.
