It makes tracking tickets for our IT Dept simple and to the point. Pros This software enhances the functionality of our business processes for our IT dept. It is cost effective and user friendly. Cons Some features within the software are a bit confusing when trying to learn to navigate through its features. I have owned the software since March 2013. EVERY year in March the software stops working and requests that I purchase a new license. Every year I complain to AMS Software and undergo a week+ ordeal trying to get the software correctly licensed and working again. During this period I usually have to cancel client appointments and lose income accordingly. JUST DON'T BOTHER...a nice idea totally ruined by an inept developer. Pros Produces correct results Cons License fails each and every year of ownership requiring a protracted argument with the developers.
