"Facilitates the daily work"

**Overall:** SpiraTeam is used to manage the test cases of five different development languages and more than fifteen different base products. The overview of all products is elementary and is very well solved in SpiraTeam. The selection of connectable test software is very good.

**Pros:** SpiraTeam is clear and intuitive to use. The cockpits are a good starting point for daily work.

**Cons:** The structure of the requirements is not transferred from DevOps and after grouping the original types are lost.

We are looking to add a way to keep the requirement types from ADO once the requirements are nested and grouped in the SpiraTeam hierarchy.

"Flexibility"

**Overall:** Good support. Flexibility excellent. We are supporting some clients in their implementation.

**Pros:** You are able to configure almost anything. This allowed us to generate reports and screens appropriate to two clients.

**Cons:** Some names of fields seem contrived and not everything is in the expected place. But these will be transient problems.

**Reasons for Choosing SpiraTeam:** Up-to-date and ready to use on cloud or on prem.
