It keeps all the information (insight notes) from past interviews, so it is super helpful for handovers and insights within the same tool. Cons Really expensive software - When I used it our company wanted to move out of it, because we did not used all the business analysis functions of the tool and the price was really high. Having different features and extension functions as extra cost would be helpful for companies to buy only the features they need/required from the tool and not expend as much.
