When I first started with my current company, this is the expense platform se use. However, our organization has since migrated to another expense reimbursement platform that's much superior. Now this is only a legacy software platform that we are keeping for record-keeping purposes only. Pros The cost is very cheap compared to other similar products in the market, but that is about it. Cons No integration with our accounting platform, difficult to use, limited reporting functions, no reconciliation/reporting capability with our corporate cards. Pros The end results of what is trying to be accomplished is good. The problem is getting to the end result. Cons This software is without question NOT user friendly. The review from a customer through the G2 system back on May 1, 2018 also said it is anything but user friendly. Expensewire has done nothing to improve on this software since then. It is also nice that you can attach receipts in a pretty straightforward way as well. Cons The interface is very difficult to navigate. The only way I have gotten things to work properly is from a computer. Trying to do anything on your smartphone with this platform is very poor. Also, it isn't very clear on how to submit the expense report once everything is ready for approval. Receipts are in one part, then the line items are on another part, then you have to attach receipts in a clunky way. I was very disappointed with how difficult the interface was to navigate. Again it is much easier on a computer than it is on a mobile device but still very difficult.
