Pros: It reduces my daily steps of filing invoices while paying bills.

Cons: Occasionally it slows down and I have to restart, but not often enough to be considered an issue.

Overall: I like this program simply because it limits my steps. It automatically saves my invoices and files when entering then into QB or I can manually save them. If your computer ever crashes Cabinet is your backup and all of your documents are saved! It's very useful in my work.

Comments: We are the first Workforce Board in the state of Texas to go to a document management system. We have bragged about Cabinet so much to our 27 other boards that 13 so far have purchased it and are just as happy about it as we are. Some boards that had purchased other document management systems have scrapped them and have change over to the cabinet system. In a nutshell I don't think you could go wrong with purchasing their product.
