Comments: The software worked very well. It was priced very favorably.
Our issue with Kastoff Enterprises is related to their inability to even respond to us regarding a prepayment for services that were never fully used. We prepaid for 10 issues and only used a few as we went out of business. We asked if we were entitled to a refund. Three months later we can't even get a reply with an amount - even we are entitled to nothing. Very frustrating!
